Wild Cherry Bark is a mild sedative. While many use it to relieve pregnancy cramps and relax uterine muscles, I would practice abundant caution and consult a doctor before consuming wild cherry bark tea while pregnant.

Is Wild Cherry Bark Safe?

It’s best not to drink more than three cups a day of wild cherry bark tea as it contains hydrocyanic acid. Hydrocyanic acid is tolerable in small doses but is not something you want to over-consume.
